Occupancy

Our options for booking the same property vary depending on the number of guests. Both the properties are adjacent to each other in the same compound, but at any given time you will be the only party using the common facilities  whichever option below you choose , giving yourselves the complete freedom.

Option 1 - 1 BHK: A separate building within the property featuring a bedroom with an attached bathroom, an attic workspace, and a balcony. It includes a king-size bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the attic, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additionally, there is a dining hall for convenience.  

Option 2 - 2 BHK:A well-equipped unit with two bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom and a private balcony. The space includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. Each bedroom has a sofa-cum-bed, allowing up to 6 guests to stay comfortably.  

Option 3 - 3 BHK:A combination of the 1 BHK and 2 BHK properties, offering a total of three bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and shared living and dining spaces, accommodating up to 10 guests.

House Rules

  • Leave the house the way we handed it over to you.

  • Take care of your valuables.

  • Used plates and utensils should be self-cleaned and washed.

  • Please don't forget to switch off the electronic appliances after your use.

  • For any operational assistance of the microwave, soda maker, hot water geyser etc.

  • Please take the help of the caretaker.

  • If you require house cleaning during your stay, please feel free to contact the caretaker.

  • Umbrellas are available upon request. Kindly ensure that they are returned in the same condition during check-out.

  • Used plates and utensils must be cleaned or a cleaning charge of ₹500 per day will apply.

  • Remember to switch off all electronic appliances after use.

  • Dispose of waste in the appropriate bins.

  • Keep noise levels low to maintain the peaceful village atmosphere.

  • Close the doors and windows when you are not using the rooms, take this as a part of security measures.

  • Keep the keys with you until check out and hand it over to the caretaker at check-out time. (Misplaced keys would be charged)

Dining Options

Self-Cooking: Feel free to prepare your meals in the fully-equipped kitchen.

Chef Service: If you’d like to enjoy local delicacies or request other types of cuisine, our chef will be happy to prepare them upon request. Please inform us at least one day before your check-in. since our holiday stay is located in a village area, and last-minute plans may not work out. Payment for the food will be made directly to the chef.

Booking Details

  • A government-approved valid ID is required for booking.

  • For international guests, please provide a copy of your passport and visa.

  • An additional charge of 500 INR/750 INR(based on bedrooms) towards the service charge is also included in the amount.

  • A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due at check-in.

  • Food bills must be settled with the caretaker before check-out.

Cancellation Policy

  • You’ll receive a full refund (100% of the amount paid) if you cancel at least 15 days before your check-in date.

  •  Cancellations made within 15 days of check-in are non-refundable.
