We offer three flexible options:

  • 1 BHK: Sleeps up to 4 guests (1 king-size bed + 2 attic beds).

  • 2 BHK: Sleeps up to 6 guests (2 bedrooms with sofa-cum-beds).

  • 3 BHK: Combination of both units, ideal for up to 10 guests.

Q: Will we share the property with others?
No. Only one group is hosted at a time, ensuring exclusive access to all common areas and amenities.

Q: Is WiFi available?
Yes, we offer complimentary WiFi throughout the property.

Q: Is there a kitchen available for self-cooking?
Yes, both 1 BHK and 2 BHK units include fully equipped kitchens.

Q: Can we request a chef?
Absolutely! A professional chef is available on request. Please inform us at least a day in advance. Payment is made directly to the chef.

Q: Are indoor/outdoor games available?
Yes, guests can enjoy table tennis, carrom board, and a shuttle court.

Q: Is car parking available?
Yes, secure parking is provided within the compound.

Q: Can we cook ourselves?
Yes. All units include a self-cooking setup with basic cookware and appliances.

Q: What if we need help using appliances like the microwave or geyser?
Our caretaker is available to assist you with any operational support.

Q: Is there an option for local food or traditional meals?
Yes. Our chef can prepare local delicacies and custom menus on prior request.

Q: Is a pick-up/drop-off service available?
Yes, transportation can be arranged on demand.

Q: How close is the nearest hospital?
There is a hospital within 1 km of the property.

Q: Is there someone to assist us during our stay?
Yes, a reliable contact person stays nearby for urgent needs, and a dedicated caretaker is present on-site.

Q: What documents are required for booking?
A government-approved ID for Indian citizens, and a passport + visa for international guests.

Q: How about Cancellation policy?

  • Full refund if cancelled 15+ days before check-in

  • No refund for cancellations made within 15 days

Q: Check in and Check out time?

  • Check-In: 2:00 PM

  • Check-Out: 12:00 PM

Q: What are the House Rules?

  • Clean used utensils or incur a ₹500/day cleaning fee

  • Switch off all appliances after use

  • Keep noise to a minimum

  • Dispose of waste properly

  • Close doors/windows when not in use

  • Keep your keys safe; lost keys are chargeable

  • Return borrowed umbrellas in good condition

Q: What are the payment terms?

  • 50% advance at booking

  • 50% at check-in

  • Food and extras must be settled before check-out

  • A service charge of ₹500 or ₹750 (based on unit size) applies
